Accounts Payable/Accounts Receiveable Processor
Position Summary: Compiles and processes all accounts payables and receivables for organization. Maintains records and provides reports to management as needed.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Payables
- Reviews all invoices for appropriate documentation
- Obtains management approval prior to payment
- Makes collections calls to slow/non-payers and follows up, as needed
- Prints and obtains signatures on all accounts payable checks
- Answers vendor inquiries
- Maintains accounts payable reports, spreadsheets and files
- Prepares cleared checks for storage
- Assists outside accountants with reporting and monthly closings
- Prepares analysis of accounts, as needed
- Performs filing and copying
- Other duties as assigned

Receivables
- Applies customer payments
- Researches and resolves discrepancies on billings
- Processes credit card payments and credits
- Makes adjustments to accounts with management approval, as needed
- Prepares and makes weekly deposits
Qualifications
Experience – Minimum 3 years in a fast-paced A/P position.
Technology – Intermediate to advanced level experience in Excel preferred.
Problem solving – identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; skillfully gathers and analyzes information.
Customer Service – manages difficult customer situations, responds promptly and professionally to customer needs, and solicits customer feedback to improve service.
Planning/organizing – prioritizes and plans work activities and uses time efficiently.
Quality Control – demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness, monitors own work to ensure quality and applies feedback to improve performance.
Quantity – meets productivity standards and completes work in a timely manner.

Sales Representative
Position Summary: Contacts existing client base and potential new clients to create sales pipeline. Presents company’s products and services in a professional and convincing manner to ensure close of sale and ongoing positive relationship. Provides sales pipeline and appropriate sales statistics updates to management as needed.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identifies and qualifies business opportunities through CRM, telemarketing, cold calling and in-person networking.
- Proactively contacts existing customer base for new lead generation.
- Attends lead generation events and networking opportunities.
- Presents company’s products and services to potential customers at all levels of target organization, including executives.
- Develops and maintains sales database.
- Keeps management informed of all sales activity and provides management with sales reports including, but not limited to, sales pipeline, forecasts, and closings.
- Creates positive relationships with new and existing client base.
- Follows up with new and existing clients to ensure customer service and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years professional selling in service-related industry.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding goals and objectives.
- Strong presentation, communication, organization and time management skills.
- Self-directed, highly motivated and results-oriented.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.

- Superior knowledge of Internet, MS Office, social media.
Operations Manager
Position Summary: The Logistics Operations team member will handle all processing of freight including quoting, booking, delivery and invoicing. The successful candidate will have previous experience in the following job duties:
- Create airway bill of ladings
- Create ocean bill of ladings
- Demonstrate full knowledge of all necessary International export documentation required to tend to the airlines and overseas agents and ocean carriers
- Route shipments with appropriate cargo partners and routes
- Demonstrate full knowledge of export rules and regulations for shipments leaving the US
- File AES via AES Direct and arrange for export clearance in compliance with US Customs regulations
- Demonstrate knowledge of airline gateways, airline aircraft sizes and weigh / size limits on aircrafts
- Send Master instructions to the LCL carriers for ocean freight.
- Build international airfreight and ocean freight container consolidations
- Demonstrate knowledge of Import documentation requirements
- Demonstrate knowledge of Import / customs rules and regulations
- Experience in Domestic shipping ground and air documentation and customer service
- Experience negotiating rates with airlines, ocean consolidators and trucking companies
- Invoice shipments using Trans-Soft
- Certifications in Dangerous Goods, IMDG, IATA or DOT preferred.
Qualifications
- BA required
- Employment in last 12 months with an Freight Forwarder performing the duties listed in the job description.
- Stable job history
- Very strong customer service work ethic.
- Familiar with TSA regulations and ability to pass TSA background check
- Hands-on approach and ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to work flexible hours as part of a 24-hour/7-day week operations
- Ability to work on-call weekends and evenings as part of a rotating shift.
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Previous experience with Trans-Soft is a plus
